Vito Gaddini

Vito Gaddini is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition operations with a strong background in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at OKX since May 2024, Vito has previously held significant roles at TikTok, where responsibilities included creating a global center of excellence for Trust & Safety Talent Acquisition and leading the APAC recruitment team. Vito's earlier experience includes various positions at Google, including Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Intelligence Analyst, and Data Analyst, as well as roles at Tesla and The White House. Vito holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Oregon, along with an exchange program in Political Economy from the University of East Anglia.
