Stephanie Verdoia's work experience includes roles such as an Associate Attorney at Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP, where they specialize in sports litigation. Stephanie has also worked as the Head Coach for OL Reign and as a Soccer Broadcast Analyst for the Western Athletic Conference. Prior to this, between 2011 and 2015, Stephanie attended Seattle University, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Political Science/Legal Studies through the Departmental Honors program.

OL Reign

OL Reign (originally Seattle Reign FC) was established in 2012 as a founding member of the National Women’s Soccer League. The nine-team NWSL is widely considered to be the most competitive women’s professional soccer league in the world. Over its first seven seasons the club twice captured the NWSL Shield while making four appearances in the NWSL postseason. In 2019 the club was acquired by Olympique Lyonnaise, one of Europe’s most iconic football clubs.
