Kathleen D. Stone has extensive experience in the financial services industry, primarily focused on talent acquisition, learning and development, and operations training. Kathleen started their career at Nuveen Investments as a Supervisor of Customer Services Representative/Training Manager. Kathleen then joined Voya Financial, where they held various roles including Assistant Vice President, Head of Operations Training, Vice President/Head of Learning & Development for Operations, and eventually Vice President/Head of Learning & Development for the entire U.S. organization. During their time at Voya Financial, Kathleen managed large teams, implemented employee onboarding processes, and oversaw significant budgets. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Ola Solutions Group, a management consultancy specializing in the new hire lifecycle in the Financial Services industry.
Kathleen D. Stone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Natural Resource Management from The Ohio State University. Kathleen also has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University.
