Gaurav Garg

Gaurav Garg is an experienced engineering manager currently working at Ola since January 2023. Prior to this role, Gaurav served as a senior software engineer at LocoNav from November 2021 to January 2023, focusing on real-time data pipeline processing. Gaurav's tenure at Apple from April 2018 to November 2021 included leadership of an ETL pipeline project for name conflation in Apple Maps, as well as the design of a distributed graph processing algorithm using Apache Spark. Earlier experience includes a position as a big data developer at Mobileum, where Gaurav implemented various data processing models, and a role as a research and development engineer at Drishti Soft Solutions. Gaurav holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, completed in 2014.
