Thiago Abreu has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Thiago began their career as a Risk Management Intern at HSBC in 2012, followed by a role as a Receptionist at Hostel Alice in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Waiter at The Black Lion Pub and as a Sales Team Member and English Teacher at Pearson Education. In 2016, they served as a Volunteer Staff at Ljmonade Hostel. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Success Supervisor at MZ, and is currently serving as Manager, Customer Success at OlaClick (YC W21). Throughout their career, they have been responsible for a variety of tasks, including providing services to internal and external clients, supervising activities and routines of teams, organizing events, taking orders, prospecting local partners, and analyzing companies' financial reports.
Thiago Abreu completed a Bacharelado em Relações Internacionais from Laureate Education, Inc. between 2011 and 2014. Thiago then attended Liffey College of Dublin from 2015 to 2016 to study Inglês.
