Inguna Adovica

Inguna Adovica is currently the Head of the Clinical Research Quality Division at JSC Olainfarm with extensive experience in project management and quality assurance. Prior to this role, Inguna served as the Director at the State Agency of Medicines of Latvia, overseeing strategic and operational management. Adovica has also held positions as a Project Manager at AD ARX and a Research Assistant at The Institute of Organic Synthesis. Inguna holds a Master's degree in Social Science in Public Administration, Economics and Business Administration from the University of Latvia and has a background in medicine.
