Eva Iglesias Gáspez

Eva Iglesias Gáspez has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Eva is currently working at Olala Homes as the VP Operations & Head of People since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon from May 2021 to August 2022. From January 2019 to May 2021, Eva worked at QUANTO Talento&Negocio as a Director of Business Unit, responsible for commercial consultancy and trade marketing strategies. Eva also held the position of Executive Director for Business Development at Tambo CRM-Analytics from January 2019 to May 2021, where they specialized in market and business analysis in the retail and Horeca sectors. Before that, Eva served as the Executive Director and Director of Business Unit for New Line Events from July 2013 to November 2018, leading a multidisciplinary team and managing relationships with clients and strategic partners. Eva was the Director of Delegation at EULEN Flexiplán from February 2010 to April 2013, and a Consultant at Michael Page from February 2009 to January 2010. Eva's early career included the role of Director of Delegation at The Adecco Group from January 2003 to December 2008.
