Derefaka Derefaka, MNSN, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability operations, agricultural initiatives, and public health. Currently serving as a Project Associate for Sustainability Operations at Olam Agri, Derefaka leads WASH initiatives aimed at enhancing the livelihoods of smallholder farmers in Nigeria. As a Youth AgriChampion at the Ban Ki-moon Foundation and Chairperson of the Youth Advisory Committee for the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands, Derefaka focuses on youth development and climate resilience in agriculture. With a background as a CEO/Founder of DriversHub.ng, and experience as a Program Manager, Operations Executive, and public health roles addressing communicable diseases, Derefaka holds a Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Bingham University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Madonna University Nigeria.
