Santosh Desai

Santosh Desai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in site operations and management within the energy and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Head of Unit at Olam Agri since August 2024, Santosh previously held critical leadership roles at SRF Limited, overseeing renewables and utilities, and at multiple organizations in areas such as maintenance, safety, and power plant management. Notably, a significant tenure at UltraTech Cement involved progressive responsibilities from section head projects to leading power plant operations across various cement works. Santosh holds dual MBA degrees from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, focusing on supply chain management, organizational behavior, and mechanical engineering.
