Srithika Tm

Srithika TM has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Srithika is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Olam Information Services Private Limited, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cognizant T in various leadership development roles, including Associate Director of Global Leadership Development from March 2021 to December 2022 and Senior Manager of Leadership Development from May 2016 to March 2021. Srithika also served as a Senior Learning Specialist at Cognizant T from February 2012 to May 2016 and from December 2010 to February 2012. Additionally, Srithika worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Rutgers Business School from 2010 to 2012 and as an Executive in Global Resourcing at Cognizant Technology Solutions from July 2003 to November 2005.

Srithika TM obtained a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they hold a certification in LEAD@Cognizant from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, obtained in 2022.
