Darlington Imawa

Darlington Imawa is a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with extensive experience in condition monitoring and maintenance practices. Currently employed at Olam since August 2016, Darlington has trained over 70% of the maintenance team on condition-monitoring technologies and successfully implemented a Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) plan across the plant.
