Since November 2015, Mike has served as the General Manager of Farm Operations at Olam, where leadership in farm management and operational efficiency has been a key focus. Prior to this role, Mike was the Ranch Manager at Tenincom Ranch from January 1999 to November 2015, overseeing ranch operations and contributing to sustainable agricultural practices.
