Oleksii Pakhomov

Oleksii Pakhomov, MBA, serves as the General Manager and Profit Center Head at Olam International Limited since April 2016, leading a 40-person team in Kyiv to consistently achieve three times the baseline KPIs. Prior to this role, Oleksii was the General and Commercial Manager at CHS, where strategic changes transformed the business model and significantly improved trading and revenue growth. Earlier experience includes serving as a Commercial Manager and a Grain and Oilseeds Trader at Cargill, where market analysis and procurement strategies were developed to enhance profitability. Oleksii's career began as a Research Scientist at ICBGE while pursuing a Ph.D. Oleksii holds an Executive MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and a Master of Science in Plant Protection and Integrated Pest Management from the National Agricultural University of Ukraine.
