Pankaj Kumar Soni is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in trading and structured products. Currently serving as Associate Vice President - Trading at Olam since September 2017, Pankaj leads Central Trading for Olam Risk Management Solutions, focusing on Agriculture Commodity and FX asset classes. Responsibilities include pricing and managing a range of financial products, generating trade ideas, and mentoring junior traders. Prior experience includes roles at Deutsche Bank, where Pankaj operated within the Structured Investors Solutions team, and CRISIL Global Research & Analytics, specializing in equity derivatives.
