Demian German

Demian German is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director of FP&A at OLAPLEX since November 2024. Previously, Demian held the position of Director, FP&A at Lasko Products, where responsibilities included leading financial planning and analysis for select business units and collaborating with leaders on critical business decisions. Prior roles at FXI as Finance Manager, FP&A, and at AmeriGas in various leadership positions focused on pricing execution and strategy further honed Demian's expertise in financial management. Earlier experience as a Financial Analyst at Geisinger involved managing the month-end close process and preparing financial reports. Demian holds a Bachelor of Science in Energy Business and Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
