Francisco Fuentes

Francisco Fuentes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the beauty and salon industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of PRO Sales for North America at OLAPLEX since April 2025, Fuentes previously held the position of Director of Sales for Salon at Briogeo Hair Care from April 2022 to April 2025. Prior roles include Brand Development Manager and Director of Professional & Distribution Sales at Luxury Brand Partners, LLC, as well as an Education and Sales Partner for Bumble and bumble. Early career highlights include managerial positions at LifeSpaSalon and Jose Eber Salon, where Fuentes was instrumental in establishing operational systems and training staff. Fuentes began the professional journey as Lead Customer Coordinator at Urban Retreat Spa & Salon and holds an education from the Art Institute of Houston from 1992 to 1994.
