Lavinia Popescu

Lavinia Popescu is the Chief Scientist RD at Olaplex Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this role, Lavinia was the Vice President R&D at Moroccanoil from January 2016 to May 2019. Lavinia also held various product development positions at Elizabeth Arden from 2010 to 2016. Lavinia started their career as a Senior Scientist at Estee Lauder in 2000. Lavinia holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Bucharest and an MBA in Business from Dowling College.
