Reto Horst

Reto Horst currently serves as the Associate Director of NMR Technology at Olaris, Inc. since June 2025, following a tenure at Pfizer from 2023 to June 2025 as a Senior Principal Scientist in Discovery Sciences. At Pfizer, Reto led fragment-based drug discovery initiatives and provided leadership across multiple NMR facilities. Prior to that, Reto held positions at Pfizer as Principal Scientist in Discovery Sciences (2017-2022) and Principal Scientist in Protein NMR Spectroscopy (2013-2016), focusing on structure elucidation and GPCR-ligand interactions. Reto's career began at The Scripps Research Institute, where Reto was a Staff Scientist and Senior Research Associate, utilizing NMR spectroscopy to advance studies in structural biology. Reto's academic background includes a PhD in Biophysics from ETH Zürich, earned between 1999 and 2003.
