Kathren Carver

Kathren Carver is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and case management. Currently serving as a Case Management Nurse at Crossroads Hospice since March 2023, Kathren has a robust background working as a Medical Home Coordinator at Olathe Health Physicians and as a Transformation Manager at Olathe Health. With a nursing career beginning in 2013, Kathren has expertise in Med/Surg Adult and Pediatrics, Telemetry, and has also worked as a Life/Health/Property & Casualty Insurance Broker at State Farm®, specializing in Medicare. Kathren holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Metropolitan College and is currently pursuing further education at MidAmerica Nazarene University.
