Joe Andelin

Joe Andelin is an experienced professional with a diverse work background. Joe is currently the Founder/CEO of Olavi Group, where they developed a health insurance benchmarking analytics platform and licensed unique data sets to support startups, vendors, and advisors. In addition, they serve as an Advisor for Paytient, Diamond Lake Capital, and SunDoctor Active Care Technology.

Prior to their current roles, Joe worked as a Sr. Consultant at Compass Professional Health Services from 2015 to 2017. Joe also served as a Senior Sales Consultant at Willis Towers Watson from 2012 to 2015.

Before entering the healthcare industry, Joe was a Quantitative Analyst at ExtendHealth, where they built models and sales strategies for the first Medicare defined contribution marketplace. Joe started their career as an Analyst III at Goldman Sachs and later worked as an Associate at University Venture Fund. Joe also gained internship experience at Arlington Value Management. Overall, Joe Andelin has a strong background in analytics, consulting, sales, and leadership roles.

Joe Andelin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Utah between the years 2002 and 2005.
