Vinicius de Morais Justo

Vinicius de Morais Justo is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technology leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Nekt since January 2024, Vinicius has also been the CTO and Co-Founder at Olby since February 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing technology strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Cheesecake Labs, where backend solutions for mobile and web applications were developed, and as an Engineer Intern at WEG, focused on MVP software for medium voltage inverters. Vinicius has held positions such as Research Assistant at NSF, Software Engineer Intern at WaveTech Soluções Technológicas, and participated as Project Manager in Equipe UFSC Baja SAE. An alumnus of Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, and exposure to Electrical and Electronics Engineering as an undergraduate visitor at Auburn University, Vinicius combines a strong educational background with practical expertise in the tech industry.
