Elise Koontz

Elise Koontz has over 15 years of experience in the catering and marketing fields. Currently serving as the Catering Coordinator at Old Carolina Barbecue Company since February 2009, Elise has honed expertise in coordinating catering services. Prior to this role, Elise worked as a Marketing Assistant and Catering Coordinator at J&K Subway/Gateway Event & Conference Center from January 2003 to December 2008. Elise holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from The University of Akron, earned between 1998 and 2002, and completed high school at Hoover High, where a general studies diploma was obtained in 1998.
