Todd Schafer

Todd Schafer has significant experience in both public service and the hospitality industry. As a Lineman at Ohio Edison First Energy since August 2015 and a Firefighter for the City of Tallmadge since August 2008, Todd has focused on fire safety and protection, including emergency medical services, hazardous materials, confined space rescue, and fire suppression. In the hospitality sector, Todd has excelled as the Owner of Old Carolina Barbecue Company since May 2012 and served as the President of Hospitality Partners Inc. from November 2011 to October 2016, driving brand awareness and customer loyalty. Todd's academic credentials include a Master's degree from Stark State College, an MBA in Business Management from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kent State University, and a Green Belt in Six Sigma from Villanova University.
