Chuck Mollor

Chuck Mollor is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive coach with extensive experience in leadership and talent optimization. As the Founder and CEO of MCG Partners since June 2007, Chuck has guided organizations in aligning business strategies with people development to achieve optimal results. In addition to founding a closed CEO community called LEAD in Greater Boston, which engages over 400 CEOs, Chuck serves on the Board of Directors for Old Colony YMCA and acts as an advisor and mentor for The Entrepreneur Forum. A certified partner with The Predictive Index, Chuck also contributes as a rider and fundraiser for the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge, supporting cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Previously, Chuck held roles at Ocean Spray Cranberries and Forbes Coaches Council and has held leadership positions at LeBaron Hills Country Club. Academic credentials include programs from Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and The Wharton School, in addition to a BA in Political Science and Business Management from Merrimack College.
