Jessica Norcott

Jessica Norcott is currently serving as a Family Engagement Specialist at Old Colony YMCA since December 2022, where the role focuses on providing comprehensive support to families, enhancing their experience in shelters, and improving housing placement outcomes and family stability. Prior to this position, Jessica worked as a Workforce Development Specialist at Jordi Labs from September 2021 to December 2022. Jessica's extensive experience also includes various roles in the YMCA organizations, encompassing positions such as Technical Administrator at YMCA of Greater Seattle and multiple administrative and leadership roles at YMCA of San Francisco, where responsibilities included community development and member engagement. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bryant University, completed in 2003.
