Tyheem Martin

Tyheem Martin is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and social services sectors, currently serving as a Family Engagement Specialist at LifeGift since August 2024. Previously, Tyheem held various impactful roles at Encompass Health, including Event and Outreach Coordinator, Case Manager II, and Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, where initiatives led to significant improvements in patient engagement and workforce satisfaction. Earlier experience includes work as a Family Case Planner at Community Counseling and Mediation and as a Program Coordinator at VillageCare, where leadership in specialized care units was instrumental in addressing complex health needs.
