Daniel Edwards has over 28 years of experience in the technology sector, primarily focused on software development and cloud engineering. Currently serving as a DevOps Technical Lead at Old Dominion Freight Line since November 2005, Daniel has previously held roles as a Cloud Engineer, Application Architect, and GIS Architect / Java Developer, utilizing Java and GIS to develop transportation solutions. Prior experience includes positions at Confluence Watersports and Carolina Cipher, where Daniel worked as a Java Developer and Analyst, among other roles. Daniel holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Wytheville Community College, earned between 1993 and 1995.
