Tom Young

Tom Young is a seasoned data integration and database architecture professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Data Integration Technical Lead at Old Dominion Freight Line since May 2019, Tom has previously held significant roles including Sr. Database Engineer at Senteon LLC, where responsibilities included designing and developing databases and supporting both transactional and reporting capabilities. As Sr. Database Architect at Clinical Ink, Tom enhanced SQL Server performance for clinical trial data management. Tom's tenure at BB&T as Sr. Data Architect focused on business intelligence development, while at Inmar, Tom was instrumental in creating turn-key solutions for multiple business sectors. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the College of St. Mary Magdalen.
