Hugh Parker

Hugh Parker has extensive experience in event coordination and public service. Currently serving as a Special Event Coordinator at Old Dominion University since July 2013, Hugh oversees various events while utilizing strong organizational skills. Prior to this role, Hugh dedicated over three decades to the City of Norfolk VA as a police officer from July 1970 to August 2005, contributing to community safety and law enforcement.
