Mary M. Smith

Mary M. Smith, PhD, currently serves as the Associate Director for Employer Programs & Development at Old Dominion University, a position held since September 2021. With extensive experience in higher education, Mary has held leadership roles including Co-Lead at LeaderShape, Inc. and Director for Outreach at the ECU Alumni Association.
