Mike Worrall

Mike Worrall is currently working as a Fraud Analyst at Old Glory Bank, where Mike monitors financial transactions and online activities for fraudulent behavior. Prior to this, Mike worked as a Technical Service Representative at XBS Southwest/Saint Leo University and as a Fraud Specialist and Team Lead at Bank of America. With a background in Fraud Analysis and Customer Service, Mike has extensive experience in investigating account activity to identify fraud, handling inbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Mike holds a Certificate in Nursing from Pine Technical and Community College and a High School Diploma from Stillwater Sr High School.
