Jürgen Deweert is an accomplished professional in football scouting, coaching, and development, currently serving as the Head of Scouting and Recruitment for OH Leuven's U12 to U15 teams since July 2025. With extensive experience as an educator and mentor for UEFA coaching courses and the Talent Scout program at Voetbal Vlaanderen, Jürgen has a proven track record in guiding coaches and scouts. As a personal coach at Grintavista, Jürgen employs a holistic approach to player development focusing on both on-field performance and personal growth. Previous roles include National Team Scout for the Royal Belgian Football Association, Scout & Scouting Coordinator for the Association des Clubs Francophones de Football, and Youth Coach in various esteemed clubs, contributing significantly to talent detection, player selection, and youth development across multiple levels.
