Bianca Strauss

Bianca Strauss is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as an Intermediate Human Resources Business Partner at Old Mutual Namibia since February 2023. Prior to this role, Bianca held the position of Human Resources Consultant at Sanlam Namibia from June 2019 to February 2023, and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at MMI Holdings Namibia from March 2014 to June 2020. Academic qualifications include a Human Resources Management Honours Degree from the Namibia University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Human Resources Management from the Polytechnic of Namibia.
