Kevin Joseph

Kevin Joseph has extensive experience in IT service delivery and management, currently serving as IT Executive for Service Engineering at Old Mutual Limited since March 2021, following a progressive career at Absa Group from April 2015 to February 2021, where roles included Head of Service Delivery Management and Lead Service Manager. Prior to this, Kevin held various positions at Integr8 IT, Choice Sourcing, Business Connexion, Edcon, and TCM, gaining skills in systems engineering, service management, and resilience programs. Education includes a DevOps Leader certification from the DevOps Institute, an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner credential, and a PMD in Business Administration from GIBS Business School, supplemented by additional studies in managing for results and a matric from Jeppe High School for Boys.
