Tihana De Beer Syster is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and learning, currently serving as a Learning Partner at Capitec since February 2025. Tihana has extensive experience, having held the position of Senior HR Learning Strategic Partner for Technology, Digital & Data at Old Mutual Limited since June 2016, alongside a previous role as Senior HR Learning Consultant in the same division. Prior experience includes working as a Facilitator Trainer Coach and Sales Coach at RCS from February 2010 to June 2016. Tihana holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce from the University of the Western Cape.
