Aja Casper

Aja Casper is a seasoned professional in talent learning and development with significant experience in customer service roles. Currently serving as a Talent Learning & Development Specialist at Old National Bank since May 2019, Aja has also held various positions at the same institution, including Client Care Supervisor and Client Care Associate. Prior experiences include a role as Customer Service Support Lead at Vectren, where Aja advanced to a Level 3 Help Desk position, and as a CC Team Lead at Vantiv, providing essential support and problem resolution for customer issues. Aja began the career journey at Tropicana Entertainment Inc. as a Cage Cashier/Banker Trainee and has also served as a Substitute Teacher for the EVSC. Aja holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Evansville and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Ivy Tech Community College.
