Jeffrey L. Knight

Jeffrey L. Knight is Executive Vice President and the Chief Legal Counsel for Old National Bancorp. Knight previously served as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel. He joined Old National in September 1993 as General Counsel. Mr. Knight is a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries, the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Indiana State and Evansville Bar Associations. He serves as a board member and Chairman of the Welborn Baptist Foundation, a board member of the Indiana Legal Foundation, a member of the Indiana Business Law Survey Commission, and he serves as a member of the Board of Visitors for the University of Evansville. He also serves as a board member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Indiana Bankers Association and is a board member of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Indiana Chamber Political Action Committee.
