Jennifer Graceffa

Jennifer Graceffa is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Community Banking at Old National Bank since February 2022, Jennifer excels in supporting retail banking, mortgage, small business, and indirect auto services to meet consumer and small business needs. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Vice President and Senior Division Financial Officer at First Midwest Bank from June 2015 to February 2022. Jennifer also contributed to Johnson Bank for over two decades, starting as Assistant Vice President in Commercial Banking and subsequently holding various leadership roles, including Vice President and Senior Business Analyst in the Office of the CEO.
