Tela M. Erdell

Tela M. Erdell, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Talent Strategy Senior Director and Senior Vice President at Old National Bank since September 2008. In addition to this role, Tela holds multiple leadership positions within HR Indiana SHRM, including State Director and State District Director, where responsibilities involve representing geographical areas and enhancing communication and support for SHRM members. Tela's previous experience includes significant leadership roles with the Evansville-Area Human Resource Association, culminating as Past President, and managing human resources at Vuteq USA, Inc. and NPC International. Tela earned a Master of Science in Public Service Administration and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from the University of Evansville.
