Ursula Kay

Ursula Kay is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at several notable firms, including Old Park Lane Management since January 2025, Orchard Street Investment Management LLP from May 2019 to May 2024, and VGI Partners from January 2017 to December 2018. Prior to these roles, Ursula held the position of Associate Director at Macquarie Group from November 2015 to December 2016 and served as Financial Controller (Head of Finance) at PM Capital Limited between December 2012 and October 2015. Ursula is a chartered accountant with credentials from ICAEW and holds a Diploma Graduate qualification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
