Shawna Herron

Shawna Herron has over 24 years of experience in the banking industry. Shawna started as a VP Branch Manager at SunTrust Banks, Inc. in 1996 and held that role for almost 19 years. In 2015, they joined Old Point National Bank as an AVP Branch Manager, eventually moving up to VP Operations Manager and then Senior Vice President, Branch Operations Manager. Shawna has demonstrated consistent growth and leadership throughout their career.

From 2018 to 2020, Shawna Herron attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they studied Bank Management.
