Kurt Blass

Kurt Blass, CPA, currently serves as the VP of Finance at Old Republic Title since 2019 and holds the position of Director at CFO Alliance, Inc. since 2017, a consulting firm specializing in accounting, finance, and business process improvement. Previous experience includes roles such as Sr. Vice President of Florida Agency Operations at Stewart Title (2012 - 2016), Sr. Manager of Planning and Reporting at Smith & Nephew (2010 - 2013), and Controller at HomeWise Insurance Group (2009 - 2011). Kurt also worked at Stewart Title as Regional Controller/Director of FP&A (2001 - 2009) and at Citi as Assistant Controller/Manager of FP&A (1998 - 2001). Earlier in Kurt's career, positions included International Audit Supervisor at Continental Airlines (1996 - 1998) and Business Assurance Supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand (1990 - 1996). Kurt holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business (1989 - 1991) and attended Jacksonville University from 1986 to 1989.
