Tim Eschweiler

Tim Eschweiler is a legal professional with extensive experience in the title insurance industry and corporate legal counsel. Currently serving as Vice President and National Underwriting Counsel at Old Republic Title since March 2015, Tim underwrites high liability and extra hazardous title insurance risks, provides legal and business advice, and acts as a legal resource for corporate and field personnel. Previous roles include contributions as an Observer for the Uniform Law Commission's Drafting Committee for the Uniform Easement Relocation Act, and various attorney positions at firms such as Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP, and others. Tim holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a Paralegal Certificate from Minnesota Paralegal Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Northern Iowa.
