Cathy Adams

Cathy Adams is an experienced banking professional with a robust background in operations and client services. Currently serving as SVP Director of Operations at Old Second National Bank since January 2022, Cathy has previously held various leadership roles, including Interim Director of Operations and 1st VP - Loan Operations Manager. Prior experience includes key positions at Fifth Third Bank, where Cathy was VP Regional Client Services & Training Manager, and MB Financial Bank, where Cathy served as VP Deposit Operations & Services Manager. Additional roles include Assistant Vice President at Bridgeview Bank Group and Associate Managing Director of Operations at CIBC. Cathy began a career in banking at Cole Taylor Bank and Capmark. Cathy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from DePaul University.
