Kathy Tabor is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in data analysis and risk management. Currently serving as the VP, Senior Business Analyst at Old Second National Bank since April 2024, Kathy has previously held positions including Assistant Vice President of Data Analytics at U.S. Bank and Assistant Vice President of Risk Portfolio Management at Credit One Bank. With a strong foundation in data governance and credit monitoring from nearly 22 years at First Midwest Bank, where Kathy served as Vice President - Data Analytics Manager among other roles, Kathy has demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reporting. Kathy began her career as a Pricing Analyst at CVS Caremark Corporation and has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Butler University's Lacy School of Business.
