Michelle Almond

Michelle Almond has extensive experience in the banking and lending industry, currently serving as Vice President of Residential Lending at Old Second National Bank since October 1993, where responsibilities include originating and closing residential mortgage loans, with expertise in FHA, Conventional, and portfolio lending. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Credit Administration Manager at Household International from September 1988 to October 1993, focusing on internal audits for credit quality and participating in acquisition efforts. Earlier in the career, Michelle gained experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Home Federal Savings and Loan from August 1986 to September 1988. Educationally, Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Elgin Community College and a high school diploma from Burlington Central High School.
