Ted Smith

Ted Smith, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Old Shell Road Management, Inc., beginning in January 2024. Previously, Ted held the position of Director of Advisory Services at WilliamsMarston LLC, a national leader in complex accounting and valuation advisory services, from December 2019 to January 2024. Ted's extensive experience includes roles as Chief Audit Executive at ScanSource, where internal audit and enterprise risk management functions were significantly re-engineered, and as Director of Internal Audit at Mauser Packaging Solutions, overseeing financial, operational, and IT audits as well as SOX compliance. Additional positions include Corporate Controller at TenCate Protective Fabrics and Manager at KPMG US, where engagement supervision spanned numerous industries. Ted earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
