Ann McNamara Cfre

Ann McNamara, CFRE has a diverse and extensive work experience in the nonprofit sector. Ann currently serves as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Old St. Patrick's Church. Prior to this, they worked at Susan G. Komen as the Director of Corporate and DIY Fundraising Programs, where they significantly increased revenue through the evolution of DIY technology platforms and constituent engagements. Ann also launched successful employee engagement and peer-to-peer programs.

Before joining Susan G. Komen, Ann held a senior leadership role at the Arthritis Foundation as the SVP of Development & Community Giving. Here, they successfully implemented an integrated fundraising plan, resulting in the first two-year revenue increase in over a decade. Ann also excelled in securing major gifts and corporate partnerships.

Ann's previous experience includes serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at the Muscular Dystrophy Association and as Vice President and Director of Annual Giving at the American Cancer Society. Ann has a proven track record of strategic leadership and successful fundraising efforts throughout their career.

Ann McNamara, CFRE has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business from Northern Illinois University. Prior to attending university, Ann also attended Oak Lawn Community High School. In February 2021, they obtained their CFRE Certification from CFRE International.
