Megan Barker White is an accomplished executive with significant experience in operations and leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Old Well Labs since March 2023 and as Chief Operating Officer at Old Well Partners since March 2019, Megan has a strong background in educational organizations, having held the position of Chief of Staff at KIPP Charlotte from July 2015 to February 2019 and Director of Operations at KIPP NYC from May 2013 to August 2014. Prior to these roles, Megan gained strategic consulting experience as a Summer Associate and Consultant at Bain & Company from October 2010 to March 2013, and served as an Associate in Global Investment Research at Goldman Sachs from June 2004 to June 2008. Megan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
