Melessa Paynter

Melessa Paynter is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in design leadership. Currently serving as Creative Director at Old World Christmas since November 2024, Melessa previously held the same title at Anagram International from October 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included leading design teams and staying abreast of design trends. Prior to that, Melessa directed teams at Garven Design Group and Talisman Designs, contributing to product development and high-quality graphics for a variety of products and packaging. Early career roles include Senior Product Designer at Coyne's & Company and Illustrator at Reflections, with a strong focus on seasonal giftware and branding. Melessa earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2002.
